The Order Process

On receipt of your purchase order:

1. Email us your artwork or logo .
Our preferred format for all graphics files are either Vector, EPS, Adobe Illustrator AI files or PDF. We have the facility to redraw logos that are not suitable to work with. Please submit your artwork and we can give you a quote.

2. We will create an artwork approval
An artwork approval or “mock up” of how your logo will be depicted on the product ordered will be created. An order confirmation and an artwork approval are always issued to ensure all details are correct before going to production. Only once we have received your signed artwork approval can we start the production process. We need to ensure that you will be 100% happy with the finished product.

3. Delivery
The delivery time for orders is usually not more than 3- 4 weeks (depending on the product) from approval of artwork. Some jobs may require slightly more time; however some orders may be turned around quicker.

4. Branding methods
All of the products we supply can be branded with your name, logo and any message in a huge variety of ways. Here are some of the branding methods that we use:

Screen Printing - on T-shirts, Bags, Mugs, Neoprene Products
Digital Printing - on T-shirts, Sunscreen Tubes & Sachets
Full Colour Process Printing - on T-shirts, Mugs
Embroidery - on Headwear, Polo Shirts, Business Shirts, Bags, Towels
Pad Printing - Pens, Golf Balls, plastic & metal items
Laser Engraving - on pens, Key Rings, Metallic Items
Embossing or Foil Stamping - on Leather Items, Compendiums and Diaries
Etching - on Glassware
Sublimated Print – on Apparel, Polo & T-Shirts, Mugs and Neoprene Products

The choice depends on the product and your own preference, and the cost varies according to the particular type of decoration you choose to utilise (for example, engraving a pen will usually cost more than pad printing on it).

5. Costs
The costs involved include both a fixed initial set up charge (to set up your design or logo in the way that you require) and the cost of the actual production/branding.

Costs vary with both the type of branding, the number of colours you may wish to print and the number of positions you wish to decorate (for instance printing on the front of the shirt and/or the back of the shirt).

In most cases setup charges for artwork are free and this will depend on the type of product and the quantity ordered.

6. Urgent Orders
If you have an urgent deadline, please speak to us as we will always strive to meet it.

7. Custom Orders
Give us a detailed brief of your desired product & we'll make it for you!

Products are manufactured from scratch & therefore lead times of approximately 6- 12 weeks will apply, depending on the type of product you require.

8. Indent Orders
Where possible, if you have a large enough quantity of products to order, & only need delivery in 6 - 12 weeks, it is advantageous to indent order and benefit from the associated cost savings.
